#Oshbash Social Media Meetup

We will be inviting aviation podcasters, new media creatives, print journalists, aviation social media rock stars, "A" list aerobatic performers, video producers and aviation radio personalities to #Oshbash 2018. But this event is for ANYONE who uses Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, Snapchat or Instagram to tell their aviation story. Whether you post once a week, or spend the majority of your day as a professional on aviation social channels, you will be sure to find others who share your passion for aviation social media at this event. Come and put faces to names, and chat in "real-time" with no 280-character limit or need to shorten URLs.

Come for the networking, stay for the BACON!

This year, we will be offering a selection of incredible BACON JERKY flavors for your snacking enjoyment while attending #Oshbash. It will be a great way for #Avgeeks to get their bacon fix, without all the usual mess of actually cooking real bacon. This is the extremely popular Bacon Jerky from Pork Barrel BBQ, as seen on ABC's Beyond the [Shark] Tank television show!

The Venue

Tuesday, July 23, 5:30 - 7:30PM in the EAA Press Tent.

You'll find the Press Tent just east of the Media Center, which is only steps away to the NE from the FAA control tower. Basically go to the tower, and then walk outbound on about the 025 radial, and look for the big white tent full of #avgeeks. They are easy to spot...they're the people holding all the devices and smiling a little wider than everyone else.

Special Thanks

Venue: Experimental Aircraft Association/Dick Knapinski
Public Relations/Web Development Support: Celeste/Daniels Advertising & Design
Logistics and Stairs Truck Driver: Jen Niffer
